What does the Evolu Ring measure?

The app turns these signals into practical adjustments to your plan. The ring is a wellness device, not a medical device.
Do I need the ring to use Evolu?
No. The PRO plan works without a device and can receive data from Apple Health or Health Connect. ONE includes the Evolu Ring, so sleep, recovery, and heart rate can flow into your plan automatically without relying on another device.
What is the difference between PRO and ONE?
Both plans use the same intelligence to connect training, nutrition, recovery, and progress through Evolu Coach. ONE adds the Evolu Ring and the signals it collects. It is the complete experience in one annual subscription.
How do I choose my ring size?
The Evolu Ring is available in sizes 7 through 14. You choose your size when subscribing to ONE, and that exact option is sent to checkout. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one: the ring should turn gently on your finger without feeling tight.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge the ring?
The battery lasts up to 7 days with regular use and up to 15 days on standby. Charging is wireless: place the ring on its charging base and connect the base with USB-C. Actual battery life varies with measurement frequency and usage.
Can I wear the ring in the shower, pool, or during a workout?
Yes. With 5 ATM water resistance, the ring can stay on during workouts, showers, and recreational swimming. To protect the seals, avoid saunas, very hot water, deep diving, and high-pressure water jets.
Will the app work on my phone?
The Evolu app is being published for iOS and Android. Download links will appear on this page as soon as the app is available in the stores.
What happens when I cannot follow my routine?
You do not go back to zero. If you miss a workout, travel, or sleep poorly, Evolu reorganizes your next steps while preserving the progress you have already made. The plan is designed for real life, not a perfect week.
Are my data and photos secure?
Yes. Photos are encrypted on your device before upload, and the encryption key never leaves it. Exams and documents are used only to support your experience, and you can delete everything whenever you choose.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. With a monthly plan, you can cancel renewal at any time. Annual plans remain active through the end of the paid term and will not renew after cancellation.
