Before starting an exercise program or changing your diet, talk to a professional, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, take medication or have a restriction. Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort.

Logging medications and treatments, such as GLP-1, is for noting and remembering what was prescribed. Evolu does not recommend, adjust or stop doses and does not replace the prescription or the label. Use only with a prescription and medical follow-up. For dose changes, missed doses or strong effects, talk to your prescriber. GLP-1 logging is only for people 18 or older. GLP-1 reminders shown on the lock screen never name the medication; reminders for other medications show the name you entered.

Replies and plans made with artificial intelligence can be wrong. Do not use them for medical decisions, such as an insulin dose.
