LGPD: your rights

Evolu Tecnologia S.A., CNPJ 69.081.622/0001-98, headquartered at Rua Palmares, 17, Santa Lúcia, Belo Horizonte/MG, CEP 30360-480, is the controller of the personal data in the Evolu App and Site.

Data Protection Officer (DPO): reachable at contato@appevolu.com.

Under the LGPD (arts. 18 and 20), you can:

• Confirm whether we process your data.
• Access your data.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD.
• Request portability of your data to another provider.
• Request deletion of data processed with your consent.
• Know who we share your data with.
• Know that you may refuse consent and what happens if you do.
• Revoke your consent.
• Request review of a decision made solely by automated processing that affects your interests.
• Object to processing carried out without consent when it breaches the LGPD.

In the App, under Profile › Privacy and data: export your data, delete your account, change the AI and improvement choices and view or delete the AI memory.

By email, to contato@appevolu.com, preferably from the email on your account: say what you need and, if it is about a purchase or the waitlist, the email used. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before replying.

Confirmation that we process your data and simplified access are immediate in the App, under "Export my data". The full statement is provided within 15 (fifteen) days of the request (LGPD, art. 19). Other requests are handled within the deadlines of the LGPD and ANPD regulations.

If a security incident poses relevant risk or harm, we will notify you and the ANPD (LGPD, art. 48). If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a petition with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), at gov.br/anpd.
